No. Commitment requirements depend on the membership. Skin Rejuvenation, Fluffy Lash, Fabulous Lash, Wellness, and Hormone Bank require a 12-month commitment. Diamond Weight Loss requires a 3-month commitment. Elite Beauty, Platinum Weight Loss, and Gold Weight Loss do not require a commitment.
What happens if I do not use my monthly benefit?
Unused eligible monthly credits can roll over, giving members added flexibility to use their accumulated value toward future eligible services or treatments.
Can I choose a different treatment each month?
Some memberships are specifically designed around monthly choices. Skin Rejuvenation members can choose from Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, or Dermaplaning. Elite Beauty members can choose Venus Legacy, Emsella, or qualifying Laser Hair Removal. Wellness members can choose one of the included IV therapies each month.
Do membership discounts apply beyond my monthly benefit?
Yes. Each plan includes its own preferred-member savings. Depending on the membership, benefits may include discounts on services, packages, skincare, supplements, retail products, injectables, and selected wellness treatments.
How does the Hormone Bank work?
Hormone Bank members contribute $199 each month toward future treatment. The monthly amount is banked and rolls over, allowing members to build a balance while also receiving 10% off services, packages, and retail.
What is included in the weight-loss memberships?
Every medical weight-loss plan includes one B-Lean IV each month, four weekly counseling sessions, body composition tracking, and an intake evaluation. Medication and member discounts vary by plan.
Do lash members receive priority booking?
Yes. Both Fluffy Lash and Fabulous Lash memberships include priority booking for refill appointments.
How do referral rewards work?
