How do I purchase an MD Touch Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased securely through the MD Touch VIP portal. Choose your gift amount, select whether the gift is for yourself or someone else, and complete your purchase online.
Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?
Yes. During checkout, you can select another recipient and enter their information. You may also include a personal message with the gift.
How will the recipient receive the gift card?
When a gift card is purchased for someone else, the recipient receives the gift electronically by text. If scheduled delivery is available during checkout, you can choose when it is sent.
How does the recipient use the gift?
Once the recipient claims the gift card, the value is added to their account balance through the MD Touch VIP system. That balance can then be used toward eligible purchases.
Can the gift card be used in the MD Touch office?
Yes. Gift card balances can be used in the office. Simply let the MD Touch team know that you would like to apply the gift card balance at checkout.
Do gift cards purchased through the app expire?
Gift cards purchased through the MD Touch VIP gift-card system are currently designed to remain in the recipient's account until the balance is used.
Can I finance a gift card purchase?
Gift card purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Financing options such as Affirm are not available for gift card purchases.
